How do I create an account?
Download MyChannel from the App Store, open the app, and tap "Sign Up". You can create an account using your email, Apple ID, or Google account.
How do I upload a video?
Tap the "+" button at the bottom of the screen, select your video from your camera roll or record a new one, add a title and description, then tap "Upload".
How do I start earning money?
Go to Creator Studio â Monetization to enable monetization on your account. You'll need to meet eligibility requirements (100+ subscribers, 1,000+ watch hours). We offer 90% revenue share - the best in the industry!
What is MyChannel Plus?
MyChannel Plus is our premium subscription ($14.99/month) that includes ad-free viewing, offline downloads, background playback, and exclusive content. You can subscribe in Settings â MyChannel Plus.
What are VS Matches?
VS Matches are competitive video challenges where creators can wager real money. You must be 18+ with age verification to participate. Matches are judged on views, likes, and engagement over a set period.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings â Account â Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm twice. Account deletion is permanent and will remove all your videos, comments, and data within 30 days.
How do I report inappropriate content?
Tap the three-dot menu (â¯) on any video or comment, then select "Report". Choose the reason for reporting and submit. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
When do I get paid?
Payouts are processed within 24-48 hours once you reach the $10 minimum threshold. You can request a payout anytime in Creator Studio â Monetization â Payout.
How do I go live?
Tap the "+" button and select "Go Live". Set up your stream title, category, and thumbnail. You can enable chat, awards, and other interactive features before starting.
